When we started!
We established Castles and Condos Ltd. on February 14th, 2022. the real estate investment firm. We are very eager to begin our journey, which is just getting started. With this blog we are hoping to take you on this Journey with us!
Growing our team
In March of 2022 we where introduced to the solicitor firm Child and Child. Meeting with Andrew, Sarah and Debbie.
We where in contact with this company and few other solicitors before deciding who to take on this journey with us. When we got to know Andrew, Sarah, and Debbie we discovered that were incredibly knowledgeable and eager to help us with more than just property closings. They also wanted to establish a working relationship with the business and go above and beyond what the other lawyers were providing. At this moment we knew they would be what we wanted as a company.
Now that we have started using them on the process of properties we have realised we made the correct decision working with them.
First Investment(Working with Residential Estates)
Our first deposit has been made, which is really exciting. We collaborated with Residential Estates. Mike served as our point of contact and gave us all the details we required to assess whether the investment would be beneficial to our business. Unit 7 and unit 20 in Halifax City lofts were our first purchases as a new business.

Working with Fabrik
We have made another investment on 2 more pre-construction properties Unit 155 & 167 the exchange. Another extremely exciting moment for castles and condos that are looking forward to these being finished. We where put in to contact with Mike who worked for Fabrik. He made us aware of a great investment opportunity.
New investment opportunity in Chatham waters
A new investment opportunity in Chatham waters was brought to our attention by Mike. Some properties that are available to be purchased and rented out. As a result of our research, we found out that these properties will be rented out and managed by X1 lettings, which is very well known in the industry. Mike worked so well with us in the past with any questions we had and gave us a remarkable opportunity we couldn't miss out on. So we invested.
